Antologic’s new Chief Operations Officer

So, with that in mind, we would like to proudly introduce our new Chief Operations Officer, Krzysztof Ryk.

He’s been with us for a decade, and is a friend and surrogate brother to many of us here in the office. So what’s his story, and how did he get to where he is today?

Krzysztof Ryk joined Antologic 10 years ago, when he was still a student. With only 6 people in total, the company was a small, close knit family of developers, ready to take on challenges, develop code, and develop themselves.

As a developer, he took control of the projects he was involved in, created great relationships with the client, and the projects started to increase. With that growth, Antologic also grew, and Krzysztof was quickly promoted to Team Leader. Of course, this was never going to satisfy his urge to learn and develop. Within a few years, he became our Senior Developer, specialising in Adobe Experience Manager. It was here that Krzysztof’s role started to include many more business functions, including being the point of contact for our AEM clients.

Technology is nothing. What’s important is that you have a faith in people, that they’re basically good and smart, and if you give them tools, they’ll do wonderful things with them.

Well, we can hardly agree fully with Steve Jobs. Technology is definitely something! But, we agree, that to have faith in people and give them the right tools, they can achieve wonderful things. And Krzysztof is testament to that fact.

A few years ago, his efforts in building a great relationship with our partners, Cognifide, paid off, and Krzysztof was promoted to Technical Leader. It was through his endeavours to build good client relationships that he earnt the post as dedicated point of contact for all Cognifide projects. Working tirelessly to win more projects, and driving business growth, Krzysztof has been helping Antologic find the best direction and operational practices for years. Because of all his work, Antologic was able to grow further, so it seems natural that, since we’ve got bigger, Krzysztof should step into a more suitable role.

Whilst he won’t be developing code any more, Krzysztof will still have close contact with all the clients he’s worked with over the years. His understanding of the specialised platforms we develop give him a unique view into how we can digitally transform your business to ensure growth.

I’ve been involved in the development of the business since I started. Our CEO, Bartosz, and I work so well together that he would often rely on me for support in driving the company forward. I am passionate about implementing new projects, however I’m happy that now I can finally invest more time and energy into helping build the company that has invested so much in me.
