In the light of latest trends change is big and it reflects global manner of approaching business in a more agile way. Called differently but significant as usual, SAP Customer Experience LIVE 2018 in Barcelona was the biggest industry event of the year. Diversely and richly loaded with inspiring presentations and individuals.

The launch of SAP Customer Experience was meant to communicate with customers’ needs by addressing their biggest struggle – inhomogeneity. Previous composite solutions have created a mess, which needed to be transformed into a consistent customer experience. CE represents customer-centric approach. We know how important is to our B2B customers to create a seamless experience for their clients. Not only to satisfy their needs, but get emotional and loyal to the brand. Within two days, over 250 presentations, 50,000 square foot of exhibition space we have found lots of opportunities.
