Our client is a US fintech company whose identity platform is used by many of the largest banks in America. Their technology sits in the critical path of everyday banking: verifying that the person on the other end of a digital interaction is who they claim to be, at massive scale, with zero tolerance for downtime or security failures.

Over five years, Antologic's team on the account has ranged from five to as many as a dozen engineers, scaling with the client's needs while evolving into the company's de facto engineering hub in Europe, owning critical systems end to end, from architecture and design through implementation and maintenance.

As the client expanded globally, three interconnected challenges threatened to slow delivery.
