Built for medical-grade reality
Healthcare organisations don't fail because the software looks dated. They fail when it can't adapt to a new regulation, a new market or a new way of working.
We have built systems for a global pharmaceutical company that had to fit a local market the off-the-shelf product couldn't reach, and a full home-care platform for a medical hospice coordinating nurses, caregivers and administrators in the field. In both cases the brief was the same: handle sensitive patient data safely, respect the rules, and make daily clinical work easier, not harder.
Software that fits care, not the other way round.
Where we've delivered
Pharma back-office, rebuilt to fit a local market.
A global healthcare company had standardised on a commercial software package, but its out-of-the-box features couldn't keep up with the requirements of an individual market. We built a bespoke back-office system whose unique functionality let a global player operate far more effectively at the local level, turning a generic tool into one shaped around how that business actually runs.
A platform for mobile, home-based care.
For a medical hospice delivering professional care in patients' homes, we built a comprehensive platform that ties together the whole operation (patient enrolment, medical records, staff coordination and financial processes) across multiple user roles, from caregivers and nurses to administrators. It had to be powerful enough to run a regulated medical operation and simple enough to use at a patient's bedside.
What we solve in healthcare
Patient data, handled responsibly
Sensitive medical data secured at the code level and aligned with GDPR and healthcare regulation from the first release, not patched in after an audit flags it.
Beyond off-the-shelf
When a commercial package can't reach a specific market or workflow, we extend or replace it with a bespoke system that fits your processes exactly, without losing years of operational history.
Built for clinical work
Tools that hold up in the field as well as the back office: multi-role platforms that are intuitive enough for caregivers and robust enough for administrators and finance.
